Data Deletion Policy

How to Request Data Deletion:

1. Send a Deletion Request
Email us at support@interactive-studio.jp with your account details and deletion request.

2. Verification
To protect your data, we may require identity verification before proceeding with deletion.

3. Processing Time
Once verified, your request will be processed within 7 business days. The exact duration may vary depending on the amount of data.

4. Confirmation
Upon successful deletion, you will receive a confirmation email.

Important Notes:

- Irreversible: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please back up anything important before submitting a request.
- Legal Exceptions: Some data may be retained as required by law and will be securely stored and isolated from active use.
